It's hard to believe it's mid-February already! 2012, you sneaky snake, I have a feeling you will come and go all too quickly!
Here are two announcements:
1) This Friday evening from 5-9 pm is the Third Friday open studio event! I will be doing an encaustic demo so come visit me and try your hand at painting with wax! My 2012 teaching schedule has been set, so I'll also be handing out flyers for the upcoming workshops.

2) One of my altered book pieces, Inside Out, will be on display at Whitestone Gallery for the month of March. It is part of a juried show on the exploration of books as art. It looks like it'll be a fantastic show and I'm only sad I won't be able to be there in person to see it! If you're anywhere near Guelph, Ontario - go check it out for me, eh? ;)
